Terms of Service

By using the website, creating a signup, joining the newsletter, contacting support, subscribing to ArrayCart, managing a subscription or using the ArrayCart service, you agree to these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
• You are responsible for keeping account, subscription and billing information accurate.

An ArrayCart subscription grants access, it is not a sale of the software. A subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the ArrayCart service according to the plan tier and commercial terms shown at checkout or in your account.

• Account credentials and workspace access may not be shared, resold or sublicensed.
• Using ArrayCart beyond your subscribed plan limits may require an upgrade.
• ArrayCart may suspend or terminate a subscription if these terms are violated.
• Access to the ArrayCart service requires an active subscription; no software is installed on your own servers.

Our third-party payment provider handles checkout, payment processing, billing and account management, taxes where applicable, fraud prevention, transaction support and refunds. Amounts are charged in BDT. ArrayCart does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

• A recurring subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Prices, taxes and renewal terms are shown through the checkout or account flow.
• Refunds are governed by the 60-day Refund Policy.
• Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund outside the Refund Policy.

• Do not use the website or the ArrayCart service to violate law, privacy rights or intellectual-property rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to ArrayCart, our payment provider or other provider systems.
• Do not distribute malware, spam, phishing content or harmful code through workflows involving ArrayCart services.
• Do not bypass plan limits, payment controls, rate limits or account restrictions.
• Do not submit secrets, passwords, full card details or unnecessary customer exports to support.

The ArrayCart name, website copy, interface designs, logos, commercial content and proprietary product materials belong to ArrayCart or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute proprietary materials except where expressly allowed by law, subscription terms or written permission.

ArrayCart may integrate with payment providers, messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS, hosting providers, email providers and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own terms, privacy policies, availability and technical behavior.

The website and the ArrayCart service are provided as available and as permitted by law. ArrayCart does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArrayCart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party services, your own configuration, connectivity failures, payment provider behavior or data you manage within your workspace.

ArrayCart may update these terms when product, payment, subscription, legal or provider practices change. Material changes are reflected by the last reviewed date on this page.
